How donor information is organised
Donor-provided information, advisor organisation and clinical review of medical reports are separate stages with different responsibilities. Understanding them helps explain what each record can be used for.

Personal information and public display
Public profiles retain approved basic details, IDs and photos. Advisors organise fields for browsing and comparison; missing items are not inferred or invented from other information.
Full records and clinical assessment
Shareable full records are provided according to the enquiry. Health questionnaires and test reports are read separately; interpretation, further testing and treatment suitability are assessed by doctors or relevant professionals.
Correcting information
For questions about a field, contact an advisor with the profile ID, page URL and item of interest. Confirm availability separately from report dates; an accessible profile does not mean a cycle has been reserved.
